By placing an order on this site, you agree to the terms below. These terms are here to keep things clear and fair for both you and Savéa.

Orders & payment: All prices are listed in USD. Payment is cash on delivery only — no card or online payment is required at checkout.

Delivery: We currently deliver all over Lebanon. Delivery times may vary by region and are generally confirmed by phone before dispatch. A flat delivery fee is added at checkout and shown in your order summary.

Returns & exchanges: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products cannot otherwise be returned.

Changes to these terms: Savéa may update these terms from time to time as our catalog and delivery process evolve. Continued use of this site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
